Our handling processes are designed to preserve products in the same state in which they were entrusted to us, ensuring that fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, meat, and dairy products arrive at their destination in their original freshness, quality, and condition.

Important Information

  • All perishable and temperature-sensitive shipments must be properly packaged to maintain required temperature ranges and product intergrity throughout transit.
  • Shippers are responsible for providing accurate temperature requirements and handling instructions at the time of booking.
  • 48 Hour advance booking is recommended for temperature-controlled shipments to guarantee availability of specialized containers and handling equipment.
  • Regulatory compliance, including necessary health and food safety certifications, must be met for all perishable goods.

Necessary Documentation

  • Phytosanitary certificate: Issued by the Inspection Authority in the country of origin.
  • Packing List
  • Commercial invoice
  • Air waybill: Issued by the airline.
