Important Information

  • All dangerous goods must be packaged according to IATA DGR and ICAO regulations to prevent leaks, spills, or damage.
  • All dangerous goods must be declared by the Shippers
  • Advance booking (minimum 48 hours) is required for dangerous goods shipments.
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) where required.
  • Relevant permits must accompany all Dangerous Goods Shipments.
  • Packaging must be UN-certified and appropriate for the specific class of dangerous goods.
  • Proper labeling, including hazard class, UN number, and handling instructions, is mandatory.
  • Shippers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all international and local regulations.

Necessary Documentation

  • Commercial Invoice with product description, value, and shipment purpose.
  • Packing List detailing package contents, dimensions, and weights.
  • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each hazardous item.
  • Import and Export Permits as required by origin and destination countries.
  • Air Waybill (AWB) indicating dangerous goods and relevant handling codes.
  • Any additional approvals or certificates required by local or international regulations.
